I have been going to yoga about 3 times a week. I have absolutely loved it. It is a beautiful studio in a beautiful environment. I have so far taken lessons with Lauren and Crystal who do a wonderful Vinyasa class and I would like to sincerely thank them for their beautiful practice. However, in particular I would like to make special mention of Bonnie - who has one of the most beautiful classes I have done. Not only that, she is a caring, gentle and beautiful spirit and has made the class for me so wonderful. She is of such a wonderful nature, she listens to her class and has been so open to share her experiences and practice with us and adapt asana's for each of her class. You have made me feel an immense amount of warmth and trust.

The Mount Pleasant studio is serene, inviting, tastefully decorated. The owner, Camellia Rumball, is an incredible yoga teacher. Classes will leave you feeling euphoric! Afterwards, unwind further by sitting in the new infrared sauna, followed by delicious, steaming cup of tea. Class sizes at Yogacara are small, intimate with a community feel.

I have had some wonderful classes at Yogacara.  I am not a person who comes very often (once or twice every few weeks) but every time I come, I feel so relaxed and welcomed.  I left another, large neighbouring Yoga space because I could not imagine taking anther class with 40+ people.  I was getting lost in the shuffle and the "fitness" of it all.  This space is a rare gem.  I am so glad I found it.

I have been a student for over 2 years. Yogacara has something special that I have not experienced in any other yoga studio.  It's clean, warm inviting decoration and intamate classes are perfect for my yoga experience , it also offers other classes connecting to a better way of well being of body ,mind ,and soul.  The infra red sauna is also a great way to finish off a wonderful class.

The sacred breath class I tried was unlike anything I have ever experienced. The instructor, Amira was both competent and empathic. The class was everything the description promised it would be and more.  Your studio is beautiful, tranquil and a lovely space for these classes.
